Olivia ‘Ollie’ Nguy is the Client Services Manager of Liverpool MRC. She manages the direct client services of the Centre, including casework, front desk and emergency relief support.
Ollie has worked in the not-for-profit sector since 2007, with a commitment to supporting asylum seekers, refugees and other migrants to settle in Australia. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications (Social Inquiry), a Masters of Social Work (Qualifying), and a deep passion for social justice, wellbeing and social change. She feels incredibly privileged to see and hear of the tenacity, strength and achievements of those who come through the Liverpool MRC’s doors, and to work with an absolutely dedicated team. Outside of the office you will likely find her with a spot of food, enjoying the company of human, furry or feathered friends, or buried deep in more books to complete her MBA.
