Manage the centre’s administration and oversee the supervision of the administration team including volunteers; ensuring organisation’s financial accountability and compliance with legal obligations. Maintenance and allocation of centre facilities including meeting room space and equipment hire.

The Information Officer provides information on the services offered at the centre and referrals to walk in and telephone clients as well as providing general administrative support to the Centre.

The bilingual Receptionist  undertakes reception duties at the LMRC Front Desk answering counter, phone and email enquiries and provides services to clients in arabic.

The Community Projects Officer plans and implements community development activities for local ethnic community groups in partnership with local service providers. Community development activities include Information sessions, Community consultations and forums, Community events such as Harmony Day and Refugee Week, Expos, Co-convening local interagencies as well as working with staff and management to develop LMRC policies, identify relevant migration information and trends and source appropriate funding opportunities.
